- The Project Manager‘s responsibilities are to actively manage and control dead-lines, milestones, costs and the quality of work. In order to achieve good results during the projects, the Project Manager would efficiently monitor and organise the tasks and motivate the team members in order to achieve a common goal.
- The Project Manager would be a civil engineer and would have at least 3-5 years’ experience in the construction field, and at least 2 years experience in an international project abroad, experience acquired in a Project Management company or a construction company.
-The Project Manager should be a professional, a dynamic, creative and proactive individual.
- A good command of German or/and English language is necessary.
- The ideal candidate should be a good organiser, a person with a general and cautious approach in achieving the project milestones. The Project Manager should also understand the commercial aspects of construction projects.
- The candidate should possess driving licence, B category.
