- Responsible for project planning, execution and results delivered throughout the project lifecycle in order to meet the business expectations under the time, budget and scope constraints;
- Acts as the in-house specialist for project and change management issues, offering advice to all departments which require assistance for new business initiatives or related issues;
- Provides strong cross-functional coordination, acting as primary liaison and project facilitator between all parties involved by generating positive cooperation and team-spirit;
- Identify and escalate project risks and recommend solutions to management team;
- Analyze and review change financial plans and budgetary figures to determine the impact on the assigned portfolio of projects;
- Manage good relationships with all stakeholders and offer advice on specific change subject matters;
- Prepares regular specific reports for local and head-office management teams.
- University degree in Business Economics or Computer Science;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in banking or financial services industry;
- Project management studies, experience or relevant background;
Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills in English;
- Capable to meet deadlines with high-level of energy and can-do attitude towards successful results delivery;
- Analytical mindset able to deal with technical or complex information and translate it into clear direction for project team and senior management.
