Under the guidance of the Account and Project management department’s Coordinator (in the HO), the Project Management Department provides subject matter experts for the Bank’ programs/projects, serves on ad-hoc teams, and performs a variety of special assignments.
Position: Project Manager
Depending on your level within our department practice, responsibilities will include:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope;
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client;
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards;
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
- Manages project budget.
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- University degree in one of the following preferred majors: Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Finance / Economics / Management;
- Business experience for 2- 4 years in managing projects;
- Good knowledge of English; another language is an advantage;
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to understand cost evaluations;
- Problems solving and excellent communications skills;
- Experience and knowledge project management methodologies;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
