RESPONSABILITATI

I. Main tasks and responsibilities:
 Ensure that the Project Assignment is complete and approved
 Take responsibility for the preparation, review and approval of key project documents such as Scope of Work (SoW), Basis of Design (BoD), Project Execution Plan (PEP), Project contracting strategy, etc.
 Review day-to-day activities of the engineering firm(s), contractor(s) and supplier(s) assigned to the work in meeting business objectives consistent with the agreed-upon project execution strategy and project programme execution plan
 Responsible for authorizing work to contractor(s) involved in the execution of the assigned work and to liaise with concerned departments, Operating Areas and Regions as appropriate, to represent key interests incl. periodic reviews, ensuring technical integrity and compatibility, addressing operational needs, and final knowledge transfer to the end user
 Monitor schedule performance of the contractors and if necessary recommend corrective measures to assure timely completion
 Full responsibility for the Project’s budget
 Managing the project variance and trend process (eg budget Vs spent analysis), project forecast etc.
 Provide event oriented reconciliation and issue monthly cost report to Regional Management and Director HSE. Department, Petrom Head Quarters Ploiesti and Operating Areas
 Arrange the Project team into appropriate work groups and assign the relevant work packages


CERINTE

II. Main requirements:
 University degree in Engineering and approximately 10 or more years professional experience in a Projects
 A working knowledge of construction, and/or construction management as well as awareness of environmental practices
 Ability to lead and work well with a team, capable of building a team and to work with a variety of persons and organizations having diverse issues, concerns and agendas
 Accomplished negotiator with sound analytical abilities and capable of cost control and administration
 Ability to analyze complex problems, interprets operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
 Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities
