- Responsible for execution and closure of Field Validation activities, for a FT/ORANGE Corporate(as committed& defined in the Contract and in the agreed Scope of Work);
- Customer facing for project and technical matters related to field validation activities;
- Management of the escalations;
- Reporting to the Huawei Project Validation Leader;
- Accountable for the Field validation deliverables fulfilment: equipment&tool delivery, Customer training, Huawei support human resource fulfilment(including Subcontractors management), Field validation test reports delivery;
- Day to day technical management of the Field Validation team, with a specific focus on Upgrade/Parameter setting, KPI Stability monitoring, KPI End User Performance measurement, KPI QoS monitoring, New features testing;
- Regular Reporting of Field Validation activity progresses(Test progress and results, Customer technical issue/Action plan, Validation exit criteria status, Risk management, Schedule).
- 10 years experience in Telecom Project Management(Senior PM);
- Customer management experience;
- Team leadership;
- Wireless Live network Customer Operations experience;
- Wireless Products, protocols;
- Good End to End System knowledge;
- Strong analysis skills;
- Good English oral & written;
- Priority management and risk management.
