Our client is an independent engineering company that provides comprehensive technical and economic consulting services as well as complete planning and design, oversight of project development and implementation, time scheduling and site supervision.
Our client has completed over 3000 projects for its clients in both public and private sector since its founding in 1983. These primarily include projects in Austria, Germany and Italy but also large-scale in Asia and Africa.
Our client is building its business in Romania and is currently looking for a
PROJECT MANAGER for STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Place of Employment: Bucharest
Contract: Fulltime Employee
Education: Civil Engineering or other Technical degree Construction University
Experience: 3 to 5 years (ideally in international organization)
Special knowledge: Practice in Structural Design, Romanian Standards, ACAD, MS-Office
MISSION:
- Individually coordinates all projects specialized in building construction;
- Technical and commercial responsibilities.
Language Skills: fluent English (German is an asset)
Social Skills: Good communication, open minded, conscientious, reliable
Tasks:
- Spending most of a working day in the office, or travelling to the projects’ locations
- Working internally with a team OF PROJECT MANAGERS and externally with other engineering and scientific disciplines, contractors, project owners, architects, bankers, lawyers or government officials
- Meet deadlines and designed standards under pressure
- Constantly updating knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in this rapidly changing field
