This job is available for one of our clients, a Central European investment company conducting its business in the area of private equity, willing to start up the business in Romania, we are looking for a Project Manager.

- 3 ¿ 5 years experience in development in Bucharest area, established business contacts;
- Knowledge of situation on reality marketplace in Bucharest in different development segments and trends of next progress (build grounds, administrations and polyfunctional buildings, industry objects);
- Experience and know-how in development of particular segments in phase of: developing; implementation; sale ¿ exit;
- Knowledge of development of real estate ¿ valuations, financing, (IRR, profit, banking financing), marketing, aspect of law;
