Responsibilities:
· Responsible for meeting the project objectives within the approved budget / timeline;
· Responsible for project schedule planning and its compliance;
· Responsible for the allocation of project resources in agreement with the respective resource
manager;
· Responsible for the planning and control of all expenses;
· Responsible for project reviews and program status reporting to executive level;
· Responsible for risk management including FMEA within the whole project;
· Responsible for setting up proper lesson learned out of project progress;
Qualifications:
· Graduate of a technical university (Electronics, IT & Computer Science, Automation etc.);
· Experience in Microelectronics/ Electronics development as Project Manager;
Experience / Knowledge:
Required:
· Good knowledge & experience regarding semiconductor development flow;
· Good knowledge & experience regarding project management (IPMA preferred);
· Analytic thinking and problem solving skills;
The following are appreciated:
· Experience in leading cross-competence project teams of more than 10 people;
· Experience with management of multi-site projects;
· Proven good handling of multicultural differences;
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (both oral and written);
· Experience in leadership;
· Flexibility for business trips / training
· Work experience of more than 3 years;
Other requirements:
· Proficiency in English language (must be Business Fluent)
· Advanced usage of German language (we would appreciate it)
