Planning, directing and coordinating activities of designated projects, according to strategic interest of company;
Reviewing project proposals or plans in order to determine time frame, funding and financial specificity, procedures for accomplishing projects requirements;
Determining the available and necessary resources to various phases of the project and manages them;
Defining and supervising the budget and following the allocation of financial resources and the payments (made or received);
Establishing a work plan and ensuring it’s fulfillment;
Assigning duties and responsibilities to the designated team and collaborators and establishing the reporting relations;
Supervising the work of the project’s designated team;
Constantly checking and reviewing status reports;
Modifying schedules or plans as required;
Selecting appropriate subcontractors if needed;
Preparing project reports for management and clients and is always informed regarding the status of the project.
Civil Engineering background with specific Project Management for civil constructions experience;
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant technical area;
Good knowledge of the building codes and other specific constructions;
Advanced level of English knowledge;
Proven managerial (resources, budget) and strategic skills.
