Besides being an experienced Project Manager, this position demands a strong focus on Engineering and both Technical and Business Economics.
The position encompasses the following tasks:
• Managing and coordinating construction projects in new and existing assets, silo’s and port facilities;
• Knowing how to invest effectively in new and existing assets;
• Following and initiating business (project) development opportunities within Romania and surrounding countries (Bulgaria).
And requires
• An academic educational background in Engineering and/or an education in Technical economics in combination with Business economics;
• Excellent project management skills and thorough experience in project management methodology (preferably certificated);
• Proven knowledge of contract management;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• A pro active attitude, the ability to easily adapt to different circumstances;
• A structured and also pragmatic way of working;
• Relevant credentials in working in an international business environment;
• Native Romanian speaking, fluency in English and any other language is considered a valuable asset.
Our ideal candidate:
• Has at least 5 years of experience as project manager in an engineering environment;
• Has earned a project management certificate (e.g. IPMA, Prince II methodology);
• Is highly motivated about working in a growing organization which offers many opportunities;
• Likes to travel ( approximately 25% of his/her time);
• Has earned his/her credentials in managing project scope, costs and schedule as well as delivering excellent project results;
• Knows how to build and develop a relevant project management network.
