- Ensuring project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives;
- Supervising the general contractor's works, solving various situations that might appear;
- Providing technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel;
- Checking the terms of works on sites, reporting different situations that might appear;
- Reporting to the Site Project Manager.
For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the real estate investments field, we are looking for a Project Manager - for a residential and commercial complex.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Construction Engineering (civil or industrial engineering);
- At least 5 years work experience in relevant construction projects (commercial and/or residential sites);
- Good level of English, both written and spoken;
- Project management skills;
- Open, honest, reliable, accurate;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
