Our client is an international company and multidisciplinary engineering. Our customer now intends to expand its activity on the Romanian market.
- Coordinating several civil construction for residential buildings;
- Following-up the activity of subcontractors for the execution of the projects;
- Offering any technical support is required for the assigned project development;
- Managing the budget in terms of cost control;
- Reviewing calculations and prepare cost estimates.
- University degree in Civil Engineering;
- 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Very good social skills (ability to establish a good relationships with clients, subcontractors, engineers etc.);
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodology and civil construction;
- Capacity of working in an international team;
- Very good negation skills;
- Fluent in German or English;
- Driving licence B category.
