- Analyses, evaluates and proposes performance scorecards;
- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end;
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
- Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans;
- Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
- Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
- Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
- Drafts and submits budget proposals, and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary;
- Where required, negotiates with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company;
- Determines and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle;
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel;
- Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team;
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path;
- Tracks project milestones and deliverables;
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations;
- Determines the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas;
- Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle;
- Conducts project implementation reviews and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements;
- Develops best practices and tools for project execution and management;
- Fully observes the PFR PM Good Governance and Methodology;
- Proven experience in introducing performance scorecards across various businesses;
- Experience working with large field teams;
- Remuneration/reward/recognition schemes implemented in the past;
- Sales proficient and high exposure in design of sales incentivizing schemes;
- Proficient in setting targets for field force;
- Business case proficiency;
- Minimum 2 years in managing commercial/organizational development projects;
- proficient in English;
