RESPONSABILITATI

The nominee will provide project leadership, management and oversight on behalf of Cards Division, considering that the projects will require corporate guidance and oversight, flexibility or tailored project management solutions, due to the nature and scope of the project objectives.

This position will require day to day management of project team personnel, communication with management and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution, as part of the Cards Division strategy. This role will also include direct interaction with a broad range of global senior, technical and functional management and subject matter experts throughout the organization.

The nomine will:

- Define the scope of the project;
- Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of the Bank, Third parties and Cards International Organizations;
- Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities;
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project;
- Design and assist acceptance tests and error controlling keys;
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing into production environment;
- Effectively apply the internal methodology and enforces project standards;
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality;
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase position.


CERINTE

Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
- University degree in Economics;
- Business experience for at least 1-2 years in managing projects, preferable within a Cards Division;
- Market oriented in order to understand the cards business;
- Good knowledge of English; another language is an advantage;
- Very strong analytical skills and ability to understand;
- Problems solving and excellent communications skills;
- Experience and knowledge project management methodologies;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
