What we expect:
- Good education, fluent and clear communication in Romanian and English, both in writing and speaking.
- At least 7 years working experience; no upper age limit.
- At least 5 years experience in the IT field.
- A good understanding of the IT landscape
- Project management methodologies mastering
- ERP background is preferred
- Business Process- and client oriented attitude.
- Excellent personal skills, well organized, logical, argumentative.
- Successfully accomplished at least 2 medium-level sized projects concerning business software, using a well-known methodology, as project manager on the provider¿s side.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- English spoken fluently
- Willingness to travel.
A plus:
- Experience with SAP projects and methodologies
