Project Manager & Business Analyst¿ for ¿Media & Entertainment industries

Your Background
-You have at least 7 years experience in IT, software or consulting industries.
- You have a proven experience as Team leader, Project manager
- You have a successful track-record of managing some web and software projects for customers in the media & entertainment industries (e.g. press, TV, news, newspapers, on-line businesses, e-commerce, digital TV, on-line games, interactive web agencies, direct marketing, ¿)

Skills required
- Project management skills
- You are familiar with the best practices of Project Management (scope management, cost management, HR management, time management, quality management, risk management, ¿)
- You are familiar with some Software Development processes/methodologies (e.g. agile methodologies, scrum, XP, unified process,)
- You have excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken
- Business analyst skills
- You are familiar with some key concepts in the Media & Entertainment industries: Audience & traffic generation, brand visibility, Search Engine Optimization, Advertising management, Audience analysis, On-line transactions, SMS & mobile transactions, Audio & Video streaming, User interaction and community building, Usability improvement techniques, On-line customer retention
- You are able to understand and anticipate your client¿s needs. You are able to capture their requirements and draft or participate in the production of key project requirements artefacts, e.g. ¿project vision¿, ¿requirements specifications¿
- General IT skills
- You have a good background in the IT industry to understand, communicate and lead people such as system architects, developers, testers, system administrators

Skills most welcome and highly rewarded
- Knowledge of French, German, Dutch, Italian is a definitely an asset
- Any experience in TOP US or EU IT services companies is highly rewarded
- A past experience as developer, IT architect but a will to further develop your already good project management and business analysis skills is extremely highly appreciated and rewarded.
