This position is focused on building services engineering.
Project management incl. team coordination, time scheduling & control, cost control and subcontractor management
-Offer preparation
- Executing & supervising local engineering and planning
- Customer negotiations together with the key account manager
- Supervision of processing of local procurement for electrical equipment
- Preparing the documentation to be submitted to the authorities regarding the projects and the acceptance
- Providing support to the sales organization in relation to consultancy provided to customers
University degree in Electrotechnic (Electro installations)
Romanian native speaker
Foreign languages: English
Negotiation capabilities
Good general computer skills, MS Office, CAD
Practical experience in project implementation
Project management skills
Very good knowledge of the Romanian building engineering business,
Several years of practical experience in design and execution of relevant projects in the fields covered by the position.
Result-oriented, decision-making ability, initiative, creativity, planning and organizational abilities, technical knowledge, able to learn, communication skill, customer demand orientation, good team worker.
