On behalf of our client, well-known multinational company and provider of complex lighting solutions, we are now seeking dynamic and motivated professionals for the Project Manager Assistant opening.
The role of the future employee will be to assist the Project Manager from the technical and customer care point of view.
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical consultancy to the specifiers, installers, distributors and direct clients
• Ensuring the design of the projects according to the specifications
• Maintaining the contact with the customers from the preliminary technical discussions until the installation phase
• Making the specifications of the projects, fulfilling the quotations
• Ensuring the technical calculations and designs are in line with the norms and guidelines of the company
• Ensuring trouble-free installations in order to meet customer satisfaction
• Keeping the project files up-to-date
• Provide technical and products training courses for the staff of the distributors.
• University degree in a technical field (preferably Constructions or Installations)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Organizing abilities, detail oriented
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills
• Flexibility, assertiveness, patience and team-spirit.
