RESPONSABILITATI

Managing projects in order to comply to the policies and procedures of the company and those of the clients;
Ensuring that all projects are according to scope, schedule and budget;
Providing timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including: drafting of project orders, service contracts and change orders, receipts and verification of appropriate insurance certificates, execution of vendor close-out letters;
Estimating project expenditure and compile the capital funding request;
Providing project reports to client on project status;
Acting as the client and customer interface to ensure that customer expectations are met and managed within budget;
Ensuring accuracy of capital and expense within projects to achieve targets and that expenses are within the accuracy guidelines quarterly and at year end


CERINTE

Excellent communications skills – English verbal and written;
Relevant experience in Project Management delivery and operations;
5 years relevant experience as Project Manager;
Facilities Management experience of operating on a client account is desirable;
Customer relationship management experience;
Financial management.
