PROJECT MANAGER
Your main responsibilities will include:
Supervises the preparation of the order execution programme, requests all the resources necessary to implementing the project according to the times and quantities necessary;
Defines, together with the dedicated functions, the different modalities for resource procurement (in-house work / outsourcing; purchase / hire, etc.);
Determines the objectives on the Project Group in agreement with contractual conditions (costs, timing and quality), the purpose of the work done and the corporate policy for managing the order;
Organises the Project Group with the support of the PE and agrees with Specialistic Services the assignment of personnel as it sees fit;
Verifies the progress status of the Project, through periodical Reports, identifies any possible delay, decides upon corrective action to be taken and verifies the relevant implementation.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
University graduate in Construction/Engineering/Civil Planning;
English/Italian advanced knowledge;
Project/order planning and control;
Contracts;
Procurement Specific product techniques;
Site (construction, start-up) and material management;
Negotiation and Entrepreneurship skills;
Results-oriented;
