In this project you will have the chance to give your best and to combine leadership with technical skills and team work.
- Plan each stage of the project development, will have the chance to do an end to end project;
- Use Scrum Project Management to prioritize, plan, review and communicate;
- Will work with CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) processes ;
- Will manage teams of 3-4 people, one or more, depending on the stage of the project;
- Allocate and request the resources for the entire duration of the project;
- Be the main point of contact with the US office in all that concerns his project;
- Manage the entire communication process, inside the team and with the management of the company.
- Has experience, (working or academic), in software development
- Working experience in Project management (at least 1 year)
- Is familiar with planning and implementation
- Must be good at interpersonal communication
- Applies time management principles
- English (minimum good ¿ reading, writing and speaking).
