- Supervising contracts technically and financially, monitoring all Project phases along with necessary deliverables;
- Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with clients and other parties involved in the project;
- Developing a core understanding regarding the developed solution within the project scope;
- Working with both technical and functional teams in order to facilitate a better understanding of the core developed solution;
- Participating along with work groups in project development and implementation meetings;
- Formalizing business requirements into analysis documents and modeling business processes, estimating task duration and setting deadlines, allocating resources and tasks, implementing testing methodologies and anticipating risks;
- Monitoring and control of projects.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business or other relevant major;
- At least 3 years experience/exposure to industry and business processes as project manager;
- Experience in coordinating and supervising large development or implementation teams;
- Experience in preparation and controlling budgets;
- Knowledge of various methodologies (Agile, Oracle OUM,IBM RUP);
- PM certification is a plus;
- Very good organizational and planning skills;
- Very well developed interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Natural leader with strong ability to motivate, manage and support a team;
- Goal oriented with strong business analytical skills;
- Fluency in English is a must, another foreign language would be an advantage;
- Availability to travel both in the country and abroad.
