- Understands and knows project management processes, methodologies, techniques and tools;
- Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management;
- Directs and manages project development from beginning to end;
- Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals;
- Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path;
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations;
- Accurately tracks and reports project task, activity, documentation and time tracking;
- University degree;
- Master or trainings in Project Management would be a plus;
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager, preferable in large companies;
- Advanced knowledge MS Office, specific Project Management Software;
- Driving license B category;
- Fluency in English;
- Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities;
- Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools;
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions;
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals;
- Ability to analyze comprehensive business processes, perform in-depth work analyses, and develop computer-generated flow charts;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment;
- Ability to develop project budgets and projections.
