RESPONSABILITATI

The candidate will be responsible for the management of different technical assistance projects funded by the EC or other international donators. He/she will have to accomplish the project requirements and reach its objectives. The candidate will collaborate with the rest of the working team for an efficient management of the projects, from the identification up to implementation.


CERINTE

• less than 30 years old
• degree in Economy/Law/International Relations/Political Sciences/Foreign Languages
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken Romanian
• excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
• basic knowledge of written and spoken Italian
• basic experience in Romanian public tendering rules, especially EC procedures
• basic experience in project management, especially projects funded by public donators, and knowledge of Project Cycle Management
• team work attitude and excellent inter-personal skills
• ability to work on own initiative for the achievement of results
• good IT office skills and frequent user of the Internet
• availability for an initial training of two weeks in Turin (Italy)
• availability starting from March 2009


BENEFICII OFERITE

We offer a contract of 1 year, further to an initial appraisal period.
The job would be based in Bucharest, with occasional missions to Italy.
