- Be responsible for telecom network project management.
- Making the project plan including project schedule, quality plan, cost budget and communication plan, change control plan etc.
- Monitoring project implementation progress according to project plan.
- Be responsible for coordinating with operator as project interface and leader to customer.
- Be responsible for organizing and managing project team.
- Be responsible for subcontractor management, including contract negotiation, PO issuance, quality management and subcontractor assessment.
- Be responsible for engineering service part during project bidding phase.
- A university degree in telecommunications engineering, computer science or above.
- Working on telecom industry for 5 year at least.
- At least 2 high scale of telecommunication project management experience;
- Knowledgeable in the telecommunication.
- Knowledgeable in Project software and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and to build up and remain good customer relations.
- Good Communication skills and ability to work in teams.
- Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and fluent in English both oral and written.
- Must be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition
