Under the management of the Chief Executive Officer or of the Development Director:
- You are the representing of the top IT management of Paris Office, in Bucharest
- You lead technical projects portfolio and you vouch for engagements on projects (quality, charges and deadline)
- You manage the project teams (Java, .net and PHP teams) in Bucharest (6-12 persons) and apply directives of IT department
- You coordinate the relationship with external suppliers in order to ensure on-time deliveries and integration.
- Responsible for progress reports /project status to the CIO
Requirements / Qualifications
- University Degree in technical discipline.
- At least 6 years experience working in software and application development.
- Skill on working with remote environment
- Skills on coaching teams of developers
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong skills on reporting
- Good English language skill (verbal and written)
Preferred but not required
- Experience developing transactional B2C/B2B application.
- French language is an advantage
