For a multinational company from the constructions field we are looking for a Project Manager.
The future employee will have to:
- Lead the project organisation in order to get the project initiation, preparation, execution and closing done according to project processes and principles;
- Execute project according to agreed scope and contractual commitment against project budget;
- Manage risks by planning and making appropriate decisions;
- Monitor cash flow and profitability of the projects;
- Manage client needs and expectations and, ensure the timely delivery of projects in accordance with company objectives.
The ideal candidate should have:
- international senior management experience in large scale construction projects (with industrial/commercial buildings)
- minimum 10 years of experience in a senior managerial position (preferably 5 years in Romania);
- university degree from Civil Engineering or Architectural Departments (preferably from universities of ITU, ODTU and YTU);
- decision making ability, planning ability, capable of handling and solving both project related and organizational problems;
- having proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Project;
- excellent command of both spoken and written English;
- excellent communication skills;
- strong decision making and planning skills;

- target oriented and self motivated.
