-University degree in Business, Finance or a related field;
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant business experience, preferably in banking / financial services industry;
-Project Management know-how in managing changes & playing a major role in large/medium scale projects within financial services;
-Experience working with members of management other than direct manager;
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
-Familiar with MS Project, MS Visio, BPM, L6S and/or other project management tools & techniques;
-Ability to lead complex projects across different business areas;
-Analytical skills: able to deal with technical or other ambiguous information and translate it into clear direction for project teams.
-Accountable for successful delivery of the assigned projects in terms of budget, time, scope and quality provided;
-Build project teams and generate a spirit of cooperation ensuring all key project roles are assigned and responsibilities are fully understood;
-Proactively identify and manage changes and interdependencies keeping all the involved parts constantly informed providing recommendations;
-Conduct status meetings and monitor the progress of each project solving issues which impede the progress or success of the project;
-Escalate project risks, issues and changes with recommended solutions to senior management and Steering Committee;
-Analyze and review financial plans and related budgetary information to determine the impact on required projects.
-Manage relationships with project stakeholders and advise on specific subject matters.
