Creating and executing project work plans and revising them as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
Interacting with a broad range of global technical and functional management and subject matter experts as part of the project teams;
Identifying resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities and efficiently coordinating subordinate staff;
Reviewing deliverables prepared by team before passing to client;
Leading the project team in translating requirements into project plan and executing project plan to achieve project objectives;
Leading compliance to company standard project management methods, processes and tools across project team;
Recommending project control approach and metrics;
Coaching project team members;
Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures;
Managing the relationships with the Client project team, including sub-contractors;
Communicating with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
For one of our clients, a multinational company, provider of integrated and complete tools portfolio for strategy, design, implementation and controlling of business processes, we are looking for a Project Manager, in Bucharest.
Minimum three years experience in project management;
Proven track of experience in coordinating large IT&C projects, experience on dealing with Public sector would be appreciated;
Experience on PM2 Methodology;
PMP certified will be a definitive asset;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Very good knowledge of English.
