For our CONSTRUCTION DIVISION we are looking for an outstanding person to fill the position of
PROJECT MANAGER.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-coordinating several industrial projects for halls buildings (steel structure erection, installation of steel systems for walls, facades and roofs) in the same time at the different stages of the development cycle
-following-up the activity of subcontractors for the execution of the projects
-managing the budget in terms of cost control
-offering any technical support is required for the assigned project development
- University degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of: construction methods, materials, and local regulations
- Very good communication and negotiantion skills
- Very good social skills (ability to establish a good relationship with clients, subcontractors, designers, engineers etc.)
- Time management skills
- Ability to analyze data, review calculations and prepare cost estimations
- Ability to make decision and to work in a demanding environment

-Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
- PC literate: MS-Office and AUTOCAD - very good command
- Driving licence
