Fully responsible for the execution of the contract works from both technical and economical point of view as follows:
Follow-up on the execution and prepare regular progress reports to the Client
Supervise progress of the project
Control project time schedule and budget
Project coordination among client and all subcontractors
Negotiations with the Subcontractors
Coordination of site processes
Contractual relation with the client and his contractual representative
Economic optimisation of the site in the interest of the company: Preparation of new prices, changing orders
A degree in constructions
8-10 years previous experience in constructions industry, including private construction companies and sound experience with project management and contract supervision for roads, infrastructure and industrial constructions
Experienced with PHARE contracts and FIDIC terms in the roads and infrastructure area
Experienced in working with subcontractors
Experience in building construction (both new and rehabilitation)
Capacity to coordinate his team
Good level of English and/or Spanish
Driving license
Available to travel extensively
