Management tasks:
- scheduling projects, planning what happens when, negotiating where necessary; preparing detailed instructions on studies to ensure studies are correctly administered;
Project handling tasks:
- monitoring job progress and providing feedback; ensuring deadlines are met and taking corrective action where necessary; liaising with the entire team involved in production process, ensuring work meets quality standards.
Quality control:
- analysing the performance on the study and providing recommendations related with the operational flow of work;
You should find out that: Interpretation, presentation and recommandation of survey findings and contact with the client do not form part of the Project Manager job.
A Project Manager in our team must be able to coordinate a number of projects at a time, must display strong attention to detail, should possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, enjoy working with and talking to people, and be open and interested in new ideas and ways of doing things.
The PM should also have the following attributes:
-University or College degree;
-Experience in quantitative research;
-Excellent management skills supporting a cohesive team environment;
-Demonstrated analytical, deductive and negotiating skills;
