-The succesful candidate will be responsible for a portofolio of various project, from client design stage through to management of the construction, with a focus upon all the engineering and arhitectural elementsof the projec, programming and commercial decisions;
-Overal Health& Safety, QA/QC, associated management duties and the supply chain.
-Strong engineering or arhitectural background ( Diploma and experience);
-This role is supported by working alongside the Commercial Manager, in a time orientated collaborative environment that offers variety, challenge and job satisfaction.
-You must have minimum 2 years of similar proffesional experience, with full responsability and a good track record of successful project completions, preferrably including Project and Development management experience;
-Familiarity with international design standards;
-Sound knowledge of up-to-date AutoCAD or similar software;
-Good command of English.
