MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead improvement projects that typically span across part or the whole chain on content operations.
Contribute to definition and execution of tests for new releases of Content systems.
Be the operational contact during EMEA open hours for content management system.
- Detect or react on critical issues
- Provide pertinent information on application status when necessary for a good worldwide coordination
FIRST ASSIGNMENTS
Datasheet publishing: identify and categorize reasons for missing datasheets on the Products and Services Catalog. Develop and lead a resolution plan until actual improvement is achieved.
Education:Bachelor’s / Graduate degree
Experience
- Experienced project manager. Ability to select and apply the appropriate method for each specific case.
- Ability to work in the context of multiple countries and regions team
- Fluent English speaking
