PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSABILITATI

Main Objectives:
-Management of operations ( Engineers, technician and subcontractor) team & projects
-Train & coach subordinates
-Technical and financial management of projects
-Improve cost and quality of projects and deliver them on time to customers

Main responsibilities
-Actively implement and develop Honeywell procedures ( Sales & Solution handover)
-Assist sales group at their estimations and validate their cost estimation
-issue order inquiries for procurement of products related to booked projects
-negotiate with suppliers prices, payment and delivery conditions for products related to booked projects
-keep updated evidence of the booked projects
-Increase customer satisfaction by improving quality and on time delivery
-Actively go after change order potential at projects
-Convert projects to service contracts
-Increase service business potential in country with developing service team

Additional responsibilities
-maintain strong relations with Honeywell technical support teams
-maintain strong relations with functional responsible person for operations
-participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences etc

Special tasks
-actively promote Honeywell products at the country level
-show organizing skills and team work capability
