Our client, a multinational company acting in the field of security systems , is looking for a qualified person for occupying the position of Project Manager
Main responsbilities :
¿Deliver projects on time, within budget and meeting client expectations
¿Develop and gain approval for the project plan;
¿Define, acquire and coordinate internal and contracted resources sufficient to accomplish committed deliverables.
¿Ensure deliverables are on time and are accepted both to entire project team and client.
¿Conduct project status meeting, prepare and deliver status reports.
¿Provide leadership and mentoring to entire team on one project.
¿Customer interface tasks (meeting coordination, deliverable handoffs and and signoffs, expectation and relationship management) and negotiation.
¿Define, acquire and coordinate internal and contracted resources sufficient to accomplish committed deliverables.
¿Ensure deliverables are on time and are accepted both to entire project team and client.
¿Appraise project team performance.
¿Reporting directly to the General Manager of the company
¿Post-secondary school education in engineering or science discipline
¿3-5 years of project management experience in the deployment of hardware/software and integrated solutions in domestic or international markets
¿Experience in project scheduling, project costing & budgeting, scope and change management, auditing, communication, negotiation.
¿Project Management training, working towards PMP or similar designation.
¿Project Management Tools (PM Office, MS Project, TimeLine, etc.)
¿Application of MS Office, Internet mail, Visio, etc.
¿Experience with projects in the field of security, banking or identification domcuments is a strong asset
¿Good knowledge of English
