- Initiation of the project by estimating resource requirements;
- Planning of the projects: estimate duration, cost, procurement requirements, do risk management plan, schedule plan, budget plan, communication plan, quality assurance plan, obtain project plan approval;
- Control the projects during execution, complete work pakages, identify and report risk occurred and propose plan adjustments;
- Closing the project: financial closure, product verification, obtain formal acceptance, update all the records, issue the lessons report, do the project documents archiving.
- University degree in "Electronics and telecommunications" or equivalent;
- At least 2 year working experience in Project Management;
- At least 2 years experience in the telecommunications field;
- A good understanding of the GSM, FRAME RELAY, TDMA, SDH, PDH, ATM, Mobil radio, RF, microwave systems equipments;
- CCNA, CCNP will be a plus;
- Project management methodologies;
- Good education, fluent and clear communication in Romanian and English, both in writing and speaking;
- Client oriented attitude;
- Excellent personal skills, well organized;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Willingness to travel;
- driving license (cat. B).

De asemenea, livram si instalam DDF-uri (E1 & STM1) si ODF-uri, fiber optic local loop multiplexer, echipamente xDSL produse de ADC-KRONE Telecommunication USA.
