Main responsibilities
-Actively implement and develop company procedures ( Sales & Solution handover)
-Assist sales group at their estimations and validate their cost estimation
-Issue order inquiries for procurement of products related to booked projects
-Negotiate with suppliers prices, payment and delivery conditions for products related to booked projects
-Keep updated evidence of the booked projects
-Increase customer satisfaction by improving quality and on time delivery
-Actively go after change order potential at projects
-Convert projects to service contracts
-Increase service business potential in country with developing service team
Additional responsibilities
-maintain strong relations with technical support teams
-maintain strong relations with functional responsible person for operations
-participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences etc
Authority
-according to the applicable Eastern European policy
-reporting to the ACSS District Leaders
-University graduate (Ideally Faculty of Automation with experience in the specific installation field)
-Excellent technical & analytical thinking skills
-Able to coordinate projects
-Practical Ms office programs knowledge
-Fostering teamwork, experience in managing teams and contractors
-Excellent communication skills, quick learner
