For our CONSTRUCTION DIVISION we are looking for outstanding person to fill the position of
PROJECT MANAGER.
Responsibilities:
-coordinating several industrial projects for halls buildings (steel structure erection, installation of steel systems for walls, facades and roofs) in the same time at the different stages of the development cycle
-following-up the activity of subcontractors for the execution of the projects
-managing the budget in terms of cost control
-offering any technical support is required for the assigned project development.
-University degree in Civil Engineering
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
-Very good knowledge of: construction methods, materials, and local regulations
-Very good communication skills
-Very good social skills (ability to establish a good relationships with clients, subcontractors, design-ers, engineers etc.)
-Very good negotiation skills
-Time management skills
-Ability to analyze data, review calculations and prepare cost estimations
-Ability to make decision and to work under pressure
-Client oriented person
-Flexibility
-Excellent team player
-Highly organized and self-motivated person
-Very good command of English (both oral and written)
-PC literate: MS-Office and AUTOCAD
-Driving licence.
