For one of our clients, a multinational company active in the Real Estate development field, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Supervising the design activities, having in view the given specifications;
Carrying out overall planning for the project;
Maintaining the relationship with the state institutions, the Project Management company and providing the required documentation;
Collaborating with the General Management in the tendering process for the contractors;
Being responsible of the on-site deliveries take-over;
Making project follow-up activities;
Implementing the cost monitoring system;
Preparing and presenting reports required by the management, banks and clients.
University degree;
Minimum 5 years experience in Construction field;
International exposure would be an advantage;
Good command of English language;
Analytical mind combined with financial orientation and technical skills;
Goal-oriented and co-operative personality.
