-Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
-Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
-Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
-Effectively applies the methodology and enforces project standards.
-Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
-Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements.
-Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
-University degree ( Construction Faculty preferably)
-A minimum of 3 years experience in project management
-Good technical knowledge and business awareness
-Excellent communication and leadership ability
