-To successfully manage a large project in terms of cost-time-quality;
-To co-ordinate a matrix type Project team;
-To create and develop a trustful relation with Client, Suppliers,
Subcontractors and Project team members;
-To built and execute project budget and project plan.
-University graduated - Mechanical Engineering preferable;
-Experience: min 3 years in PM, erection field;
-At least 2 executed projects over 1 M Euro, comprising all stages like : tendering, engineering, procurement, manufacturing/subcontracting and erection/commissioning;
-Experience in power generation or industry, electrical or I/C will be an asset;
-Advanced Project Management skills related to cost control, planning, quality , change management and risk analysis
-Fluent in English;
-Computer literate, including dedicated software for PM;
-High level of communication skills;
-Ability to handle stressful situations and deal with priorities with a minimum of fuss;
-Open mind, able to learn quickly in order to meet new requirements.
