Goal of the position:
Leading our Bucharest team with approx 2 - 3 persons (to be upgraded), preparing and negotiating offers and controlling executions with Subcontractors for electrical power and low voltage installations.
Detailed description of duties in order of priority
- Project management incl. team coordination, time scheduling & control, cost control and subcontractor management
- Offer preparation
- Executing & supervising local engineering and planning
- Customer negotiations together with the key account manager
- Supervision of processing of local procurement for electrical equipment
- Preparing the documentation to be submitted to the authorities regarding the projects and the acceptance
- Providing support to the sales organization in relation to consultancy provided to customers
