We are seeking an analytical, technically oriented Project Manager (PM) to join our team. The PM will lead cross-functional teams to execute for our product portfolio. The main responsibility is to own the scheduling, collaboration, monitoring, tracking and execution against tight milestones and deadlines. Qualified candidates will be self-starters, able to multi-task, be dependable in a stressful but fun environment.
Responsibilities:
• Own full product and project/feature life cycles
• Monitoring SCRUM standups, monitoring burn down charts, and coordinating retrospectives
• Discovering inefficiencies in our production pipelines and driving solutions to completion
• Preparing status reports for senior leadership
• Capture meeting minutes, finalizing specs with stake owner and driving follow-up through to project sign off or no go
• Identifying project risks and driving mitigations
• Owning task estimation, and identify critical path impediments
• Become the product expert for your project
• Managing external QA and testing efforts during production, beta, and launch
• Managing cross department communications


CERINTE

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years project management experience (online/email marketing business preferable)
• Expert knowledge of collaboration tools, Jira, and project tracking tools
• Be able to communicate technically with engineers
• Love the lean startup way of doing things
