- Teach basic and advanced project management concepts according to company's training methodology and design;
- Provide consistent and reliable coaching and advice as requested;
- Establish a rapport with potential and junior managers to guide them towards taking on greater responsibilities;
- On occasion, provide advice to senior managers on business issues generally;
- Make training arrangements including release of staff and site logistics;
- Ensure all the training objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly approached during the workshop;
- Recognize the training’s Key Success Indicators and manage the work within scope, quality, time and cost constraints;
- Act as "training consultant and advisor" if required.
- Relevant training or certification in project management and degree in a relevant technology;
- 3-7 progressive years working in a project and/or project management consulting environment;
- English Fluent and available for travelling;
- Goal orientation and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined, good at project planning, organizing, communication, teaching and presentation;
- Comfortable working with all levels in the client organization.
