RESPONSABILITATI

Receiving applications requests from the client, verify the requests and assign them to the appropriate team;
Monitoring projects and ensuring effective implementation of activities, adherence to timeline, achievement of outcomes;
Working with specific tools (MSSM portal, Remedy, GSA, ESM, PMDB) in an efficient manner;
Communicating and working with the customer to solve the issues that occur in the shortest time;
Escalating specific issues and documenting information;
Ensure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards;
Provide necessary business information;
Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule;
Keeping tracking reports, monthly reports;
Sending and receiving the correspondence for the project;
Organizing the team to meet the target dates for the packages and take appropriate actions to meet the customer expectations;
Running meetings with the team and with the customer to discuss issues, plan the next steps or provide status of the project;
Organizing and delivering online education for various customers onsite and online;
Participate to workshops and deliver presentations;
Prepare and edit direct correspondence, briefing materials, reports;
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items to support follow-up action;
Build and maintain a good working relationship with customers ensuring that contractual outcomes and client satisfaction are met;
Maintaining a focus on quality, given the fact that workloads fluctuate.


CERINTE

Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Very good knowledge of English language (fluency in English required);
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills;
Computer literacy, good abilities in using Lotus notes and MS Office;
Strong customer service skills;
Highly motivated and adaptable;
Abilities to work in a challenging environment with strict deadlines;
Team player and supportive person;
Strong documentation skills, problem solving skills and project follow up;
Interest for Project Management field.
