To document new and/or revise existing PMO related documentation (e.g. Project Management Methodology, processes, procedures, etc.). / To enforce the Project Management Office standards, processes and procedures
To communicate project management processes to project managers and providing support on roles and processes and facilitate their effective use
To follow up with Project Managers and team members to ensure they provide the required information and documentation to the PMO
To collect, query, analyze and generate PMO reports
To report status of outstanding risks and issues to Programme Manager
To manage project documentation for multiple projects
To maintain the project repository of records
To provide project work plan support
To coordinate and maintain changes to processes
To maintain change, issue, and risk processes, including maintaining the logs and providing status on them
To consolidate a weekly dashboard to report on the status of all projects
To mentor/coach others in theory, as well as to demonstrate the application of project management terminology and practices
Bachelor degree in construction or similar technical field
Minimum of 1-3 years of Project Management Office related experience, including 2 years managing small/low complexity projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project/ Primavera
Excellent verbal, non-verbal, presentation and written communication skills
Solution oriented and proactive attitude, team player
Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to effectively follow up on outstanding items
Attention to details, accuracy and thoroughness
