- Prepares the information memorandum, cash flow statements included;
- Runs road shows to the banks;
- Involved in commercial, industrial and residential development;
- Ensures that projects are completed on time and on budget;
- Controls and coordinates projects in terms of budget and time;
- Drafts reports to client;
- Organizes and supervises meetings.
Special requirements: Willing to work overtime.
- Real estate and development experience, previous project management in this industry;
- Graduate of economics, MBA would be an advantage;
- Risk assessment knowledge and skills, managerial experience would be an advantage;
- Well organized, strong character; proactive;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCad);
- Driving license.
