Resposabilities:
1. He will be responsible to create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs in the most economical ways and make the best use of time
2. Review and able to understand the plans and drawings and supervise the work progress at site
3. He will be responsible for preparing schedules, controlling work progress to timely delivery the projects
4. Prepare status reports to successfully manage the projects, such as monthly progress analysis / schedules and control billing and payments to contractors;
5. Supervise documentation of all significant project events (e.g., accidents, delays, change orders);
Experience requirement:
- University degree in the field of Engineering or equivalent.
- Computer knowledge office, Autocad, Project. Minimum 7 years’ experience in major company in the Oil&Gas sector.
- As minimum requirement, must have 3 experience in maintenance.
- Ability to estimate maintenance works using unit rates frame contract.
- Strong personality and Leadership ability.
- Able to lead a team of designers, 2D/3D draftsman and give directions.
- Ability to identify and give contract for the maintenance of existing facilties in a most cost effective manner.
