For one of our clients, a very important multinational company, active in the construction field, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
Helps to ensure project goals are accomplished according to specifications and business objectives;
Assists the project managers in the technical and financial control of projects;
Helps in managing the planning and supervision of site activities and is responsible for setting and agreeing deadlines;
Assists the project manager in monitoring the work of the project team members;
Meets regularly with the project team to discuss deliverables and expectations;
Collaborates in the technical design and build and the submission files, from feasibility through to completion (calculations, adaptations);
Maintains contacts with the client, subcontractors and suppliers;
Assists in taking budgeting and P&L responsibility.
Higher degree in Construction Engineering (Industrial or Civil Engineer);
At least 3 to 5 years of working experience with a building company or general contractor in civil/construction project engineering;
Having worked on major projects;
Good overall knowledge of the MS Office suite;
Good spoken and written knowledge of the English or French language.
